She and her staff spend their days baking not only traditional cookies, sweet rolls, pies and more for appreciative customers, but have recently added a line of gluten free products for those with dietary sensitivity. Their honed skills and dedication to excellence have enabled Apple's Bakery to evolve into a favored Central Illinois gathering spots, where smiles are made from scratch.
