» Photograph:  a head shot, preferably [we can crop, adjust, and retouch for you]. We can also send you back the final photo for your approval.

» Biography:  one that's condensed into 2-3 paragraphs, and another one for your separate page that can be several paragraphs.

» Your company's name, location, what kind of business it is, how many years in business, etc.

» Description of products or services, photo of product (if applicable), pricing, size, description of product, awards, etc. - all the details & any details.
