Linda Carlish Kaplan LC Premiums, Ltd.
Linda who previously worked for a costume jewelry company, created LC Premiums, Ltd. back in 1993. She set up a small shop in her studio apartment with a laptop, fax machine and $2000 and initially set out to develop jewelry for the promotional industry. 14 years later, LC Premiums is a successful promotional company specializing in product design and manufacturing of virtually any item you can conceive.
With custom giftware and housewares for clients such as Moet, Grand Marnier, Target and Hennessy, LCP can create and produce unique products from $1 to $1000. In 2004, LCP revolutionized the toaster by creating and patenting the POP ART toaster which uses interchangeable stencil plates to brand images and words onto toast or toaster pastries. Once marketed only as a promotional item for clients such as Target, Trump Plaza and Fox TV, Linda has launched a full line of toasters to retail stores making breakfast for the family fun. The line, an immediate success, is now expanding to include toasters for Disney and the development of other kitchen electrics focused toward family. Linda has a 4 month old son and is waiting for him to get a little older so he can be included on one of the product boxes! |
