Loreley Fortin is founder and president of Daystar Promotions, Inc., a full service specialty-advertising agency that provides creative solutions for corporate marketing and incentive challenges. Established as a part-time business in 1989, Daystar helps companies enhance their corporate image with customers and employees.

Daystar services and activity includes developing promotional items, branded merchandise and products with corporate ID, tradeshow support, gift and incentive programs and the creation and design of corporate logos and images.

The Daystar mission statement is Service beyond expectations…every time. The agency’s employees are cross-trained; an approach that ensures client goals are always met. Operations and capabilities are continuously updated through regular participation in educational seminars and technological updates.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Mrs. Fortin gained effective management skills as office manager in a medical office. Later, as a legal secretary, she was reminded daily of the importance of attention to detail, which today is the trademark that sets her apart from competitors.

Although very focused on growing her business, Mrs. Fortin believes in the importance of networking and she participates actively in professional organizations which allow her to share knowledge with other Entrepreneurs. She is a member of Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and Women Business Enterprise National Council/Women Presidents Educational Organization (WBENC/WPEO) and The New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO). She serves on the Strategic Planning Committee WBENC/WPEO.
