Kathleen McFeeters made a fashion statement in 1992 when she collaborated with designer Donna Morgan for a walk down the fashion aisle with the Donna Morgan label. Tapping into the underdeveloped bridesmaid and mother of the bride dress categories, this successful marriage of two fashion industry talents grew within five years to a $40 million business.

In 2005 under Kathleen’s stewardship and innovative eye, Donna Morgan LLC re-dressed a new generation of consumers by redirecting both partners’ talents for fashion design and style expertise, and sales and marketing knowledge, in a new direction, solidifying the brand as a major player in the better dress market.

Today, thanks to Kathleen’s savvy brand marketing and creative sales re-engineering, the Company’s expanded brand offerings; the Donna Morgan, Morgan McFeeters and the Ali Ro labels, are sold in the most exclusive retail stores throughout the United States and Europe. Headquarters and showrooms on New York City’s Fashion Avenue include a design studio spearheaded by designer Donna Morgan and housing a creative think tank of young designers with a freshly inspired contemporary point of view and fashion sensibility that makes real bottom-line sense.

Kathleen’s free-spirited and straightforward management style has proven to be a driving force behind the Company’s strategic growth, expansion, and status among fashion-conscious women who wear the Company’s branded product.

Stepping forward to be the Company’s prominent fashion voice, Kathleen has led the brand through successful private label ventures with key retailers, re-launched the already successful Morgan McFeeters label with a more directed design focus, and developed the Company’s new contemporary Ali Ro brand for a hipper, younger fashion-first customer.

In addition to her busy professional life, Kathleen dedicates much of her free time to charitable endeavors, mentoring high school and college students and working as a volunteer with alcohol and drug abuse programs.

Kathleen also sits on the Board of Directors of the Women's Leadership Exchange® and is an active member of the World’s Presidents’ Organization. Kathleen is an active member of several women’s professional networking organizations including Second Shift, The Fashion Group, and National Alliance of Women’s Organizations. A graduate of FIT, she currently lives in Chappaqua with her two children.
